We would love to hear from you. Whether you have a question about a course, want help choosing a resource or are looking for support with your youth program, this page explains how to reach Consult4Kids and what to expect.
Reasons program leaders reach out
People contact Consult4Kids for many reasons:
- they lead a program and want to talk about what would help their staff
- they have a question about a course or resource
- they want to know which materials fit their role, such as site coordinator or group leader
- they are interested in a demonstration of what we offer
- they want to share feedback or an idea
All inquiries are welcome.
What to include
To help us reply in a useful way, tell us a little about yourself and your program. Mention your role, the ages of the children you serve and the setting, such as after-school, summer or community-based. Put the challenge in everyday words and tell us how you prefer to hear back.
What follows your message
A member of our team reads it and responds as soon as reasonably possible, answering directly where we can, recommending a resource where one fits, or proposing a time for a longer conversation or a demonstration. Getting in touch never obligates you to buy anything.
Preparing for a conversation
If you are planning to talk with us about your program, it helps to think ahead about the one or two things you would most like to improve this season. Having a clear focus makes the conversation more productive and helps us suggest resources that actually fit.
Start with something free
While you wait for a reply, the free Kids’ Program Toolkit gives you something to use with your group this week. Leaders who want to talk now can schedule a call with Brett from the Toolkit page.
An example inquiry
I direct two after-school sites with about twenty staff, mostly college students who turn over every semester. Training them quickly is my biggest problem. Do you have something that helps? A message that short tells us your role, your scale and your main challenge.
What we can help with, and what we cannot
We can talk about courses, resources, staff support and how other programs have approached common challenges. We cannot make decisions for your organization or speak for your licensing or funding requirements. Knowing that up front helps you decide what to ask us and what to take to your own leadership.
Why we answer personally
Every program is different. The best help comes from understanding your specific situation, which is why we read each message and reply personally rather than sending a generic response.
Reach out today
Use the contact options on this page to send your inquiry or schedule a conversation. We look forward to learning about your program and helping however we can.
