Employees may serve as Frontline Staff, such as administrative assistants and coordinators who ensure systems flow efficiently, or advance to become Outright Overseers—those who supervise and guide the work of others. Overseers help teams stay aligned, meet goals, and complete both routine and project-based tasks. At the highest level are the Elite Executives, including positions such as Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Chief Operational Officer (COO), and Chief Executive Officer (CEO), who lead strategy, direction, and long-term growth.
02. Fabulous Freelancer
A Self-Employed Independent Contractor who brings specialized skills and expertise to strengthen our mission. Freelancers collaborate on targeted initiatives and projects that benefit from their professional experience and flexibility.
03. Staunch Supporters
A category that includes interns, externs, and—within our non-profits—volunteers who give their time and talent to advance meaningful causes.
