Description
Frontline Staff needs to develop their competency in each of the 7 aspects of a high-quality program. To have a quality program you have to have good “bones”. These “bones” are the components you select to include in your program and the schedules and rotations you develop. This course focuses on both. There are seven modules-Opening, Rotations, Homework, Enrichment, Healthy Living, Academic Support, and Closing. There are a total of 78 lessons and 7 eBooks.
